Yes I have the same happening to me now. Dragging the line to a new
location seems to work without issue. But as you say, typing in a new value
does cause the line to move to the new location, but text value does not
change.
Good catch, time to report it as a bug.

If I change the value, the line moves, but the tag dispalyed next to the
line remains at the original value.
If I turn off the "show Y value", close the properties box, then open and
turn on "show Y value", the new value gets tagged to the line.

I am not sure what is happening on your end but I can say that I can enter
in a new value and the line will jump to that value. I can also drag the
line to a new location and the value will change to the correct #.

I really like the new tags on horizontal lines.
Unfortunantly, if you update the value, the tag does not update.
You must delete the line and create a new line to tag with new value.
If there is a better way, let me know.
