1. Draw the Gann Fan
2. Right click on it and choose properties.
3. In the tab named "Gann" enter the width factor.

I have a screenshot of the issue which I cannot attach. Anyone like to
look into the issue may provide his email id for me to forward the
screenshot attachment.
