Hello,
This is because you are using exactly the same charts for both
windows
and parameters are per chart.
To make them independent, you would need to DELETE exiting
charts
and insert from the scratch so you have NEW charts in second
window
that are not connected with the other.
As to move next/back: there are keyboard shortcuts for that
(definable in Tools->Customize),
by default they are ALT+ LEFT arrow and ALT+RIGHT
arrow
