I am not really competent in mathematics and I am in relation with a 
compatriot, Alain Bauer, that is based to BET.
he/it made his/its career as engineer Calculs in the Commissariat to the 
Atomic energy and don't understand either these formulas . I am content with 
using the indications of the scan, I verify the patterns, and I have good 
results since one month on the SRD (Paris)
I asked the question to the inventor of this formula, who didn't answer to 
me .
