Just a note on this., the high can never be greater than the HHV(H,20)
nor low lower than LLV(L,20) for the simple fact that if it makes a
lower low of higher high it becomes the new HHV or LLV. So you either
can use == or > ref,-1 value
Cond1 = H == HHV(H,20);
Cond2 = L == LLV(L,20);
Cond1 = H >= ref(HHV(H,20).-1);
Cond2 = L <= ref(LLV(L,20),-1);
