[amibroker] Help with Writing to File

Please ignore previous post...... found that the early date ranges had 
no calculated data.......but date ranges in the time frame where 
calculations could be made were written to the .csv file as they 
should be....... had to look a long way down the Excel file from the 
beginning of the index data to the date ranges for the ETF's I was 
using.
