[amibroker] Quotes Plus and plug in

I am thinking of switching from Teleschart2005 to Quotes Plus for EOD data and Sector information

Going through reading the set up I see that I have the QP2.dll in my plug-in folder yet can not get it into my plug-ins and it will not come up on my Database settings under source

 

Can someone direct me on what I am doing wrong?
