I have used all three. Amibroker is way ahead of Metastock, unless they
have done a lot of work with MS since I stopped using it back in 2003.
TradeSim can be used quite easily with Amibroker (look in the files
section: AB to TradeSim by oceanchimes). I find TradeSim very useful
for looking at different position sizing strategies quickly and getting
some more nice stats and graphs out.
I have some loyalty to TradeSim since it really opened my eyes after
struggling with the primitive MS backtester. But AB can work very nicely
stand alone or even in conjunction with Excel with you want to do some
Monte Carlo testing.
