It works because you are comparing the changing value of BarIndex() to
the fixed (numeric) value of LastValue().
The result is an array full of 0's with a single 1 marking the actual
last day of the selected/current symbol.
It's the same as saying Buy = cond1 AND C > 10;
Here you are comparing the Close to a numeric value of 10 since you only
want to Buy stocks whose price > $10.
