Hi Wayne - You can check it in Windows Explorer by going to Tools > Folder 
Options > File Types. Scroll down to > CHM file type and select it, then 
look at the bottom of the window to see what it opens with.

File sizes can be a little different because some apps treat a KB as 1000 
bytes and others as 1024 - if you want, I can send you a copy of mine to 
try, just let me know...
