I am a fairly successful trader who recently started trading full
time. I am looking for a partner that I can work with one-on-one to
help me with some programming tasks so that I can dedicate more time
to stock selection and chart analysis. The help would mostly consist
of database administrator-type functions using AFL and the
scripting/COM/DLL features of Amibroker such as setting up and
maintaining Amibroker templates, layouts, and
groups/sectors/watchlists; setting up scans and explorations;
calculating and maintaining composites; and maybe eventually setting
up MS Access as an intermediary data source/feed. I will have very
little need, initially, for backtesting and system development. In
exchange, I will teach you how I trade by reviewing my daily
decision-making, recommending reading material that I have found
helpful, and generally mentoring. If you are a programmer with little
trading experience or have not reached the level of success that you
are looking for, maybe we can share skills.

evaluate if it's something you are interested in pursuing. I can also
explain in more detail what I hope to achieve and what I think I can
offer from the partnership.
