Problem dissapeared when I changed periodicity from weekly to daily....  reappeared when tried weekly again!
 
I had used this on weekly before ... no idea what is happening

I am using the "New" method - AddColumn, AddTextColumn ...  and it was working fine ....  ???

sounds like you are using the old method of creating columns (column1,column2 etc)
 
if you use the current AddColumn format you do not need to worry about how many columns you use.
