Dick,
Perhaps becuase he's wants to settle and would like to spend his time
learning the ropes of the official version and actualy trading rather
than chasing his tail learning the new beta functions.........?
Perhaps - Like me, Registration only goes to version 4.70. and he is
quite happy using the official release that he is entitled to.
Personaly - I would like to see "Bug Fixes" applied to the "Official"
release of amibroker. Not just the Beta releases. But hey - That's
another topic.
And....
Perhaps the "I want the latest release" is a Microsoft Windows
mentality - Because 90% of the time, 90% of windows software is buggy -
and you realy want the latest version because of the BUG fixes.
However - After moving to Linux, I find my "NEED" to have the latest
software has simply evaporated.
As we know, Tomasz releases such quality code. So the need for the
latest version of AmiBroker because of BUG fixes is simply not there for
the most part.
