OK, I see now.  Takes awhile and there's no message inbetween...  But now I've discovered that the timestamp is not written, so the export does not seem to be useful for intraday data.

Hello,

It works, only thing is you should wait for another Window saying Export Finished to appear.

The file is saved in the Ticker Name in the AmiBroker Directory

Cheers

I thought we could export a file to ascii using the "export" function in the
tools menu.  But I can't seem to get this to work.  I get a small window
saying "export started" but then nothing.  To what directory should this
file go?

I also see that it is supposedly possible to export quotes from AA, but I
don't see how.

Thanks
