Jeff,

HL is totally correct, I had nothing to do with the code and I take no
credit for it.  I provided an external timer executable that can be
run in numerous different periodicity's.  I quite like it cause its
very customizable and has audio and visual alerts.  It should be in
the files section, but if you can't find it contact me and I will send
it to you.
