Vertical lines starting at random points can be plotted using traditional bar style (styleBars) and High-Low arrays

(you can overwrite High Low arrays with anything)

however, Market profile requires that vertical lines start and end at random points - not at bottom of chart. The chart would look like VOP (same shape and orientation - except with vertical lines)

 

Can that be done with histograms?

You can plot vertical lines using ordinary plot statement with styleHistogram.
