[amibroker] IB DATA PLUGIN (with time zone)

It's possible to add a predefined time to the time stamp of all
incoming quotations?  This way I can make the data collected equal to
the exchange time.

Example:
Quote arrival -> system time 12:00 -> add 4 horus -> quote in
amibroker 16:00
