No clue as to all your errors, but sheets that are not visible are NOT
recalculated so reducing the number of sheets per workspace will have no
effect on performance. What counts is the number of visible charts and
what they are doing (how complex).

| This last trading day (Friday) I was trying to decrease the cpu usage
| on AB
| 4.70.05 Real Time with IB data and 6 and 19 tick charts. I had 4 main
| charts
| running with 4 sheets each. So thought I could decrease cpu by tools >
| preferences > charting > number of chart sheets change to 2. Reboot
| (lunch
| time) and all HECK broke lose. I kept getting on AB start up, a stock
| chart
| no longer tracked trying to load up to 200 times cascading on the
| screen. AB
| would not stop reloading, so would ctrl alt del to stop AB. Two hours
| later
| I did an add remove of current AB and had to go to Beta 4.71 beta (not
| AB
| 4.70.5, tried it three times) to get up and running. I.e. cold install
| of
| 4.70.5 would not work.

| So, anybody else experience the same problem, or is their a kind soul
| that
| would like to duplicate the problem? Make that a brave soul. The
| reason I
| asking for verification is based on passed bug reports (plural) with
| no
| reply I think Mr. Janeczko must think my computer (or me) is way off
| base,
| as they say in the USA.

| Moral of story, don't do any changes to AB during trading hours (or
| maybe on
| 'MY' Home Xp Gateway machine)!!
