[amibroker] Importing Symbol list in AB

All,

I am pretty new to AB and I'm sure this has been asked before but couldn't
find the answer by searching the archive.

Do any of you know of a way to import a Symbol list?

Also, if yes, Do any of you have the List populated properly by market,
group, etc or a start of it?
