+DI is PDI, -DI is MDI
tday's ADX would be ADX function, to reference previous bar data use
ref() function
so today>yesterday would be ADX(14)>ref(ADX(14),-1)

conditions are strung together
SelectThisBar = Condition1 and Condition2 and Condition3
