better to write, and include the Graph position, eg Low price if on
candle bars, or maybe on an indicator value, and also include the
offset from that posistion, eg -12
PlotShapes( (1==1)*shapeUpArrow,colorBrightGreen,0,L,-12);
if that is One==One then you do not need it and this will plot an
arrow every bar, el;se what condtion should it be to identify which
bar to plot the arrow
PlotShapes( shapeUpArrow,colorBrightGreen,0,L,-12);
