I download about 300 stocks data from Yahoo at about 8:30am. Takes
about 10-12 mins working from my office which has broadband (or T1 or
whatever they call it).
I used to have the entire US Stock data (about 7000 symbols) and it
took about 5 hrs to download (from my office). Needless to say - I
removed the data and just load 300+ stocks.
However, I never get 'timed-out'.
