Hi Tom,
Another (faster) solution if you already have the
watchlist populated, is to highlight it, pause, then do a second left click
and type the new name, then hit <enter>. As unpopulated
watchlists don't appear in the workspace, Wilson's solution is preferred
for presently empty watchlists.

go to "symbol" - "categories.." then click "Watch lists"
choose/highlight "List 0", click "edit name" and change it to your desire
name
