Hello,

Double-spaced effect is typical when HTML copying is turned OFF (by default).
This is so because then Outlook takes RTF text that has cr/lf sequence
in each line and interprets it as two line feeds.

You may go to Tools->Preferences->Editor and turn on html copy
and if it works on your outlook - you will get single spaced lines.
