I just re read your post below, following my analysis of the intraday/padded data issue with SetForeign I posted on the weekend. It is great that you are active in helping out on this forum, so thanks for the help.
I too am having similar problems to Paul. Paul did not state what data source he uses but I use the ASX MarketCast data feed. It is Amibroker that produces the 1 minute quotations from the Course Of Sales data provided by MarketCast. Hence it is not possible for me to change the data.
Are you aware of other live data feeds for ASX data that DOES provide 1 minute bars with no gaps that is supported by Amibroker?
I'll be posting shortly regarding my findings on the weekend regarding my padding problem and the Foreign function.

AB only charts what data is available. What you would have to do is
change the data available from where you get intraday trades to save
it each minute.
I believe we in Australia are about the only ones to use padded data,
perhaps I am wrong but not many use it elsewhere. So may not be easy
to get changes made to the supply software.
