Hello,

I can ensure you that the version on the server is 4.70.1 RC2.

Please check the following:
1. Did you actually RUN the setup program after downloading it?
2. Are you using WWW proxy ? Sometimes proxies cache previous contents,
sometimes even Windows Explorer caches previous contents, so
you may need to go to "Internet Settings" in Internet Explorer and
clear all temporary files.
