I have the same problem regardless of what I select in preferences.
Didn't Tomasz tell you to ask support about this a couple days ago
(thus acknowledging there was a problem)? Maybe your support request
didn't get through (yet you got an acknowledgement). So I dunno --
maybe they are just backlogged right now (???).
