[amibroker] Suggestion

With parameters it is now possible and likely that we will run a 
back test, change the parameters and test again. If we keep doing 
this it is difficult to remember what the parameters are when we 
look at various reports. 

I would like to see the parameters listed in the settings tab of the 
report. That way when I find a really good match I know what the 
parameters and settings were.
