[amibroker] Any way of Writing a text on the right side of the vertical axes of chart

Hi,
 I was wondering if there is any way of wriitng a text(String) on the
right side of the vertical axes of the chart?

I mean is it possible do say write a text at (X,Y) position in the
chart pane?
