Has anyone developed an Exploration for Basing Pattern? I've looked
in the AmiBroker library and couldn't find anything on Basing
patterns so hopefully someone has developed such a formula. What it
will do is find stocks that have been in a basing range of 10/12%
percent over a period(s) of from 30 days to 6 months. Then! With
appropriate volume surge will take off. I recently spotted several
such stocks, like USLM (after they broke out – too late) so feel such
an exploration would be most appropriate. Thanks for any help or
suggestions you may offer.
