[amibroker] How to adjust for ticker change

G'day all,

I have been following Anvil Mining for a number of years. Approx June 
2004, they listed on the TSX (Toronto) and changed their ticker from 
AVL to AVM on both exchanges. Shares were converted to CDI's but the 
quatity remained the same. My historical data CD has no reference to 
AVL. (I'll be speaking to the supplier about this.)

My questions is, in AB is it correct to simply merge AVL & AVM and 
use the history as though nothing happened in June 2004?
