[amibroker] scan /explore scripts with MA above 200 days MA

DEAR FRIENDS
           can any body help me with exploration/ scan code with 
amibroker to find out scripts whose moving avarages are abvove 200 
days moving avverages 2.  scan/ explore symbols with 3% to 5% 
volatility on a daily basis over a period of time in my data base of 
symbols?. this is the first step of seperating volatile stocks with 
long term bullish trends
