Hello,
Official statement from myTrack is
below.
What it means is that you have to open account with
them (minimum deposit of $500)
and pay minimum $99 per month for the data (if you
do not meet $195 in commissions per month).
$99/month is way more expensive than
eSignal.
Best regards, Tomasz

===== STATEMENT FROM MYTRACK =====
Subj: Track SDK users--
Trading Account Now Required
Dear SDK user,
A year ago, Track Data changed the requirements for SDK users, requiring
users to open trading accounts with Track Data Securities Corp. (TDSC) and do a
minimum of 15 trades per month in order to continue receiving SDK access at $25
per month. SDK users who did not
meet these requirements have been billed $99 per month for SDK access.
YOU WERE EXEMPT FROM THE FEE INCREASE FOR A
YEAR
For you, the SDK fee has remained at $25 per month, regardless of whether
or not you trade in a TDSC brokerage account. Track exempted all SDK users who
subscribed to the SDK to use certain third-party software in order to give those
software developers enough time to create a trading interface with Track. The exemption period ends at the end of
2004.

charged $25 for the SDK for the month of January. The others will be charged $99

addition to other data charges).
This review and billing procedure will occur at the beginning of each
month.
