[amibroker] Help with Valuewhen, or maybe not only.

I have a array for up-fractals, a la Bill Williams. So, now I want 
to highlight the first bar whose close is higher than the second up-
fractal before it. Simple, maybe, but I cannot get it right.

//The fractal is:

fu=(H>Ref(H,1)AND H>Ref(H,2)AND H >Ref(H,-1)AND H > Ref(H,-2)) OR
( H==Ref(H,1)AND H>Ref(H,2)AND H>Ref(H,3)AND H>Ref(H,-1)AND H>Ref(H,-
2)) ;   

Any help will be appreciated.
