[amibroker] Anybody have a copy of pre V 8 IB API

Hi Does anybody have a copy of the TWS API pre version 8. If so I 
would appreciate if you could send me a copy at micmus2002@xxxxxxxxx

THe latest versions seem to break the reqmktdata function, so I 
cannot get any prices in AB.
