Dick, the problem is that there might be some configuration files
like "broker.prefs" that will keep referencing the old database name.
Until we get confirmation from TJ that renaming from Win Explorer is
safe we should stick to Graham's routine:
Save As(new dbase name) - Delete(old dbase name)
