[amibroker] backtest trade/signal arrows

[Dimension <dimension@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

After running backtests, then selecting "Show Arrows for actual trades",
there are always two arrows shown for each trade (open or close), one on top
of the other.  There should be only one. Any ideas why?
