Thanks.  After posting my question I also found an editor by Adersoft, $30 USD for full function debug, break points.
A no charge trial version works so far for me with context color coding.

  I have Visual Studio, which ofcourse supports Jscript.  But another great
  tool that will support just about any scripting language is EditPlus.  All
  you need to do is add your own language definition file (which there are
  tons already out there for EditPlus)..
