Greg,
After further checking I found out that for some reason eSignal does not
send correct "DATA" time stamp for OHLC record in their InternationalLong structure.
Having correct "DATA" time stamp is cruicial if one needs to update last bar when NO NEW trades occur
(for example after or before trading session)
I have implemented workaround for case when eSignal does not send this necessary information
and it is available in new version (1.7.8):
Version 1.7.8 is available for download from:

http://www.amibroker.com/bin/eSignal178.zip (just zipped files without installer - need to copy files manually)
