Create a file in Excel with ticker/date/O/H/L/C
Save it in .csv format
Import into Amibroker
Use it as a condition for buy/sell/cash signals
For example on days you want a buy set C=3, cash C=2, short C=1
Ticker can by anything such as KAGI
You can also create the ticker in Amibroker and use quote editor to enter
the values and dates.

Subject: [amibroker] system testing with amibroker
With amibroker will it allow me to enter the dates/price of entry
for long/short (manual type entry) and then use the software to test
various stop and exit strategies. I have entry method via swing/kagi
charts that can't be programmed on metastock, amibroker etc. reason
being entry is basead on pattern.
Therefor ifthere is some way to enter the date of entry manually and
then have the software be able to alter stop and exit strategies for
me. I have been advsied that amibroker may be able to do this.
