[amibroker] Decision on the price of other stocks

Hi,

Does Amibroker allows one to test a strategy which makes buy and sell 
decisions for a stock based on the price movements in another stock 
for e.g Buy Microsoft if GE is above its 200 day moving average.
How can one do this in Amibroker.
