Tomasz,
I have emailed support 3 times without a reply. I cant get $RUT and $spx and
$VIX to download from esignal. All other tickers are downloading, but no new
tickers will download.

Hello,
It is ON by default so if you did not touch it you don't
need to turn it ON.
(It is in Tools->Preferences->AFL)
