I have received this bug report TODAY (Friday) at 8:05 PM (my local time),
it is rather not fair expectin to get the answer in 15 minutes AFTER usual working hours on friday.
To yoru question:
Short answer is:
go to TOOLS->Preferences,
switch to "DATA" tab
and enter
11
into "IN-MEMORY CACHE" field.
