[amibroker] Signaling question, for when you have several markets making new highs

When I trade during the day it would be nice to set off an alert 
that lets me know when the ES / NQ / YM / ER are all making new 
highs is there a way to do this? So when a set four symbols are 
making new highs to make it alert me...
