Hello,
You don't understand what I say.
The software consists of components.
And if I say that it is unrelated it means that
the software component for automated trading interface
is UNRELATED to money management at all.
It is quite obvious becase automated trading interface
is just the
_automated_ _trading_ _interface_.
THREE words:
- interface - (in this case) the software component that allows to link
one software (AmiBroker) with another software (IB TWS)
- automated - having ability to run without manual intervention
- trading - placing buy/sell orders via broker to the exchange
So automated trading interface is the PART of the software
that allows
placing the buy/sell orders from Amibroker's AFL formula
to the exchange via 3rd party broker system (IB TWS)
NOTHING MORE.
Is there any mention of any money management here ?
NO.
Automating trading interface is NOT about backtesting,
not about money management, etc...
You are mistaking the "AUTOMATIC TRADING SYSTEM"
with "AUTOMATIC TRADING INTERFACE".
These are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
"SYSTEM" is a COMPLETE THING that does everything from A-Z.
"INTERFACE" is just a SMALL PART of the entire system.
Best regards,
Tomasz Janeczko
