[amibroker] how to organise groups and sectors? scripting?

Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can find info about setting up groups and 
sectors?

I'm to hoping to update my obolete database with new companies - and 
would like to avoid entering the info for each compny individually if 
possible

Apologies if I'm asking the obvious but I've been for hours for 
information without success.

Also how can I get started on the scripting side of things. I've done 
a reasonable amount of programming - but have no idea how to run a 
scipt for amibroker - there doesn't seem to be anything on this in 
the help files beyond saying its possible.
