FWIW, I dragged a MA to an existing plotted formula (RSI I think) and it
planted and when I opened the formula (Edit Formula), the _SECTION
_BEGIN was there with the complete formula that I dragged.
When I right clicked on the formula, a new pane opened, and the
indicator was plotted. Upon clicking Edit Formula, all of the code was
present.
Mine seems to be working ok.

I openend IB form added a new indicator - Formula box is empty.
Clicked on Charts in the AB workspace dragged Keltner bands to empy IB
window.
Do NOT get _SECTION_ markers.
Is that correct? Or should I always drag to the chart window?

In "AA" window you won't see _SECTION_ markers because there
is only one formula here and no point in adding sections
In IB (i.e. indicators) you should see _SECTIONs for everything you drop
