To further elucidate on this, I lose TWO toolbar rows of screen real
estate on EVERY tile or un-tile operation. For some reason, even
though there is horizontal room for all my top toolbars anyway, when
they get rearranged by the tile operation, they don't even end up on
the same row. Two small ones are stacked one over the other below
the main toolbar, making the toolbar depth at the top of the screen
THREE rows, even though there is now a vast amount of unused space to
the right of ALL THREE toolbars.
