Which stopcks do you follow Yuki ? Japanese ?

You could use AmiQuote and download directly from Yahoo into AB.
To get your histories, just use the Import Metastock function within
AB

As for US stocks :
see my previous post about EOD data.
QuotesPlus can maintain / update MetaStock format files directly
now - no need to convert.
AB can access QP database directly, no need to go via Metastock
unless you have other applications which need MS data format

TC2000 can convert into MS format, but is limited to 255 file
entries per folder. AB can access TC2000 database direcly, again no
need for conversion unless other appications demand MS format
explicitely.

see www.qp2.com

an www.tc2000.com
