Same here Herman.
Never have been infected. My AV (Norton Internet Security) has been
doing it's job.
For what it's worth NIS 2004 can be had for free (or almost) after
rebates in many US stores (Fry's, Best Buy etc) and has AV, Firewall,
Ad Blocker, Popup stopper etc.
